Filante SL ID2 is the new Wilier road bike born to bring the Filante experience to an ever-growing number of cyclists, preserving everything that makes it recognisable: the design, the racing character and the sensations that define the platform.
Filante SL ID2 draws on the aerodynamic design of Filante SLR ID2 and inherits its process. Developed alongside the technical team at Groupama-FDJ United, that process focused not just on the frame, but on the entire racing ecosystem: the complete bike, its components, its accessories and, above all, the rider. Because for Wilier, the bike's aerodynamics alone are not enough.
What matters is real-world speed, measured out on the road, across the complete rider-and-bike system.
The authentic Filante experience
The racing geometries shared with the Filante SLR ID2 are the foundation. The result is a bicycle that preserves the distinctive character of the Filante platform: precise when entering corners, stable at high speeds and responsive when the road changes pace. Every geometric choice is designed to strike a balance between efficiency, control and riding pleasure, delivering the immediacy that makes a Filante recognisable from the very first kilometres. R-Bar Integrated Handlebar
The R-Bar handlebar redefines the balance between ergonomics and control. Featuring a 3cm flare, the drops, just like those on the F-Bar, provide a more natural and stable grip in every condition, improving control while riding and at the same time offering a more aerodynamic position on the levers. The fully integrated cable routing contributes to preserving the platform's clean aesthetics and seamless integration. A new, lighter and more aerodynamic design developed to meet the demands of modern cycling. More comfort, more control, without compromising the bike’s racing DNA.

The Filante SL ID2 responds with practical solutions: tyre clearance of up to 34 mm, compatibility with single-chainring drivetrains, and the UDH standard broaden its setup options, adapting to every aspect of modern cycling, from training rides to daily outings through to competitions. From daily training to the most demanding outings, the Filante SL ID2 offers an optimized balance between efficiency, functionality and versatility.
