Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Friday 9.30-5pm & Saturday 9.30-4pm. Closed Sunday & Monday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Local free delivery is available for addresses within 100 miles of our shop with a bicycle order value of above £1500.
Delivery is also available to the rest of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) for all bikes above £1500 and over 100 miles from shop.
All other bikes under the value of £1500 are collection only from the shop in Knutsford.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and or a phone call to arrange a suitable time.
Bikes will only be delivered to the payment card holder.
Orders are generally shipped within two days. Flat rate shipping fee of £6 applies to orders under the value of £100 & free above £100.
We accept returns only at the point of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Paul@bikesngear.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
