The T-140 RS 29er is our best mountain bike for finding every sort of fun – everywhere. Our mid-travel suspension platform combines 140mm front travel with 135mm rear travel to deliver you the perfect blend of impeccable rough terrain control and pedalling efficiency. It’s the kind of balanced ride that will have you attacking every trail with confidence and speed while still delivering that rush of involvement and reward.

29in wheels (aka ‘29er’) are the fastest, smoothest-rolling size for out-and-out speed and performance. Rolling on this larger wheel size and dressed with broad Race Face rims and top-spec Maxxis tyres, the T-140 RS 29er makes light work of roots, rocks, and anything else the trail throws your way.

The newly engineered alloy frame is lightweight, tough, dependable and backed with a four-year frame warranty, lifetime bearing warranty and unique weather sealing features. Our switchable Shape.It link also means you can adjust the geometry from its stock high setting to low to slacken the head angle out by 0.7º and reduce the bottom bracket height by 8mm for a more aggressive, gravity-focused ride character. Our Total Geometry concept also balances measurements across the bike for hero handling with no learning curve. All combined so you can go further and faster with the confidence to play hard wherever the trail takes you.

Like all our full suspension bikes, our mid-range T-140 RS 29er was designed and dialed in by current and two-time national Enduro champion Sam Shucksmith. He’s loaded everything he’s learnt from fifteen years of flat-out fast racing into the already class-leading Fox 34 Performance Elite fork and also meticulously custom tuned the Fox DPS Peformance Elite Evol LV rear shock to deliver you the absolute zenith in performance. He even won enduro races on the T-140 29er prototype development bike to prove mid-travel can still win big if you do it right.

The T-140 RS 29er also benefits from SRAM's powerful Guide G2 R four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors front and rear are the perfect match to handle the increased speeds the T-140 RS 29er allows you to take into corners. SRAM's impeccablly shifting GX Eagle 1x12 mechanical drivetrain ensures smooth and consistently precise shifting; Race Face's wide AR30 rim laced with Whyte double-sealed 110/148mm hubs roll smoothly and capably, and are dressed with Maxxis' outstanding Minion DHF EXO 29x2.5in (front) and Dissector EXO+ 29x2.4in (rear) tyres for tenacious grip. We've also paired the the brake lever and shifter with SRAM's space-saving Matchmaker mount for a cleaner cockpit.
